This course, developed in collaboration with Epic Games, is now fully updated to cover the most recent version of Unreal Engine to ensure students use the most cutting-edge game development tools and techniques. This course offers instruction that includes a complete learning path, whether you’re a beginner in game design and programming or wish to polish your skills.

The course starts with a beginner’s course on C++, teaching its role in game development. On the way, students will learn how to implement key principles of object-oriented programming (OOP) in game design. The course also walks through Unreal Engine’s Gameplay Framework, which abstracts much of the work in creating truly immersive games.
