If you are interested in designing your own custom Arduino Nano hardware, there is a great course on Udemy titled “Arduino Nano PCB Designs with KiCad Course .” This course focuses on teaching the fundamentals of PCB Design using KiCad, a free and open-source software tool. It walks students through every step of printing a board, from drafting schematics to preparing Gerber files for production.

First, I introduce KiCad and show how to navigate its interface and perform basic workings. Going through it, learners get to practise designing schematics for Arduino Nano circuits, placing and routing components and checking whether the learnt makes sense with a Design rule check. In addition to correcting errors and optimising designs, the course generates production files for fabrication.
